Stott Property Management, LLC is looking for a maintenance coordinator. The successful candidate will have a solid grasp of basic home repairs, be highly organized and detail oriented, have strong communication skills (both oral and written), be comfortable with computer databases, skilled with creating and working with reports, and have experience using multi-line phone systems. The maintenance coordinator is responsible for creating and updating maintenance work orders, answering phones, communicating with tenants to help schedule repairs, obtaining client approval for repair estimates, communicating with third party contractors to set priorities, visiting properties to track major repairs and make ready projects, and verifying completion of work by third party contractors. Starting yearly salary will be $50,000 per year plus benefits.
